To help us ramp up to get ready for city week we will train a little earlier this week! Please make sure your athletes are prepared for dryland before practice as well. Times are below:

OG's- 6:15-7:45 AM

Caimans: 7:25-8:45 AM

Hatchlings: 8:30-9:15 AM

After practice enjoy a nice cereal breakfast with plenty of choices! A donation sign up is posted here!

No practice today! Instead all groups will meet at Nelson Farm Pool and walk together to the Coffee Cart located inside of Sprouts. Athletes will need to bring their own money to pay for any treats they would like to purchase. The cart has lots of fun treats like muffins, burritos, steamers, hot chocolate, lemonade, ice cream, etc. Parents are welcome to attend! Our return is estimated- I will post on Swimtopia when we are on our way back. Please note it is a 1.1 mile walk ONE WAY and take about 25-30 minutes each direction.

Athletes will stay 10-20 minutes after their practice to help their lane-mates decorate posters for our meet on Saturday! If you have sharpies, pens, markers, highlighters, feel free to bring them! :) Once their poster is complete, athletes may head home!
