Hey Gators!

Attached are 2 documents, the entries for city meet and the fees associated! Please make sure to double check both. I have a small window here where I am able to make changes to individual events (only changes that won't impact cost). If there are any changes needed please reach out to me ASAP. We still have plenty of openings in the 200 and 400 free :)  I did have to do some rubik's-cubing to get everyone into a relay so some athletes may be swimming up an age group to help us accomplish that. Reminder that payment is due by Friday.

Cash and check can be brought to the pool between practice sessions on Thursday and Friday mornings. Heather will be at the pool on Thursday, and Shannon will be there Friday. Venmo is available at anytime, on the home page of our website. 

Entries for Village Green close tomorrow 7/9 at 10 AM.

Due to the size of this meet, the host team just emailed me with their decision to start the meet at 7:30 AM. Our warmup is from 6:40-6:55 AM. Due to this being a shorter warmup time, I am going to have our Hatchlings skip our team warmup. From 7:10-7:20 all teams can warm up with one way dives/sprints so I will have our Hatchlings hop in then. We will plan to have a team meeting at 6:30 AM at Village Green prior to getting in. Hatchlings need to be ready to get in by 7:00 AM. I will send over a meet program as soon as I have one.
