Hey Gators!

We have lots of deadlines approaching fast! Please read below to make sure you don't miss anything!

City Meet Deadline is tomorrow 7/8 at 12 noon! Past that time, no changes will be accepted. 

If you will not be attending this meet please help me by changing your athlete's status to "not attending" so I don't have to spend time bothering you about signing up! :)

Entries with relays will be emailed out tomorrow, 7/8 no later than 2:30 PM. This will help families to understand how much they owe for city meet entries. 

Please see the 2026 City Meet fees below:

• $5 meet fee per athlete
• $7 per individual event (max 3 per person)
• $14 per relay ($14/4 = $3.50/person/race)

So, if a swimmer is competing in 3 events and 2 relays (maxed out): $33 ($7x3+$3.50x2 + $5). Please note that not all athletes will owe this amount dependent on their # of events.

Cash and check can be brought to the pool between practice sessions on Thursday and Friday mornings. Heather will be at the pool on Thursday, and Shannon will be there Friday. Venmo is available at anytime, on the home page of our website. 

At the city meet there are also some volunteer slots available for anyone still needing their volunteer points! 

Timers: 

• Friday (older kid session): 2 people, first half of the meet (events 1-24) 
• Friday (distance session): 2 people (all events, just the long ones...should be easy!) 
• Saturday (younger kid session): 2 people, second half of the meet (events 69-84) 
  • Timers meeting is at 7:35am each day (even second shift timers attend the early meeting)

These volunteer slots are now available in Swimtopia.

Final reminder that Village Green entries are due at 10 AM on Thursday 7/9.
