Hey Gators!

Attached is the meet program for Saturday and the athlete check in with individual events. Our warmup Saturday will be from 7:10-7:30. Athletes need to be in the Gator Pit for a team meeting at 7:00 AM.

We are still in need of some volunteer support for Saturday! We still need...

• 3 more timers - Timing is a fabulous way to stay cool, be close to the action, and not miss a race!
• 3 more people to work the heating area (Clerk of Course) - The heating area is in the shade and is vital to our meets running quickly!

Here are the people who are signed up for tomorrow along with details on where and when to report to duty to support the meet starting sharply at 8am!

• Setup Crew - Check in at the equipment shed with Kelsey at 6:30am.
  • Signed up: Ashley, Sophie, Amy, Meggie, Eric, David, and Michelle
• Computer gurus can begin setup around 6:30am as well.
  • Signed up: Leighton, Katrina

• Concessions - Check in at the concessions tables with Lauren by 7:00am (or earlier).
  • Signed up: Caryn, Meggan, Brooke
• Timers - Report to the computer table with Jeff S and John C at 7:45am
  • Signed up: Elaine, Krista, Grant, Theo, Geoff, Adam, Julie, Daniel, and need 2 more!
• Clerk of Course/Heating area - Report to the heating area with Sara W. at 7:45am
  • Signed up: Jason, Sherry, and need 3 more!
• Heat Winner Presenter & Runners - Report to the computer table with Alexa at 7:45am
  • Signed up: John, Kristyn, and Anna

• Tear Down Crew - Get rolling as the meet concludes. Kelsey will ensure the shed is packed up!
  • Signed up: Meredith, Amy, Brian, Meggan, Rachel, Jordan, and Signe
• Ribbons - Report to the computer table shortly after the meet concludes
  • Signed up: Anastasia, Magda
