FINAL CITY MEET INFO!
Hi Team,
First off, I want to give a special thanks to Jen West for taking our team picture today! With the last regular season practice in the books, we're one sleep away from defending our City Championship title!
City Meet 2025 Info:
The SCCA pool is located at: 313 Tulane Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80525
Please see the attached family handout from SCCA for information on parking, spectating, etc. (note: the meet start time is wrong in their handout, it starts at 7:45 am both days, not 8 am)
Schedule and Timeline:
Session One: Friday AM — ages 11 & up
- Our warm up starts at 6:20 am.
- All session one swimmers need to be at SCCA by 6:10 am -- do not be late

Session Two: Friday PM — distance (8&U 100 free, 200 free, & 400 free)
- Assuming session one actually ends at 1:00 pm, feel free to leave SCCA and head home for some food and rest. Just make sure you're back by 4:00 pm

Session Three: Saturday AM — ages 10 & under

Meet documents attached:
- Heat sheet — there are no physical heat sheets for purchase at the meet. Use this copy or the digital Swimtopia heat sheet.
- Individual entry reports — we'll have plenty of time to write down events, heats, and lanes after warm up. Please make sure you double check what events you are swimming because I changed some things around to maximize points (you might not be in all the events you signed up for).
- Relay roster — The order for some of our relays is different on this roster than in the heat sheet — when it doubt, go off my relay roster, this is the final order. Everyone is in at least one relay. There are a handful of swim-ups in order to create relays of four (which is required at City).
On both of these days, if we wait until 6:20/6:30 to arrive at SCCA, we will not find any grassy space for the team area. If there are any parents who are early risers that are willing to arrive bright and early to stake out some Nelson Farm territory, please let me know. I'll be there early both days, but I can only fend people off for so long. It's important that we have a space all together for information sharing, cheering, and finding kids. Please do not go rogue and claim your own homestead away from the team.
There will be concessions at the pool or you can bring your own food and drinks for a full day of swimming (bring lots of water/GATORade). IMPORTANT: Bring extra towels and warm clothes to keep your muscles warm when it's still chilly out — this means sweatshirts, long pants, and something on your feet. Then be prepared to switch to shade and staying cool during the afternoon. Don't forget your suit, goggles, and team shirt!
Please plan on staying the entire meet — it is City after all — and the last meet of the season for many Gators :(
Don't hesitate to let me know if you have any questions.
Let's go be the fastest, funnest, and nicest team in the City!
Go Gators!
Coach Kyle
