Hey Team,

We're having a fantastic Gator Week! Thanks to all the parents who contributed to the Gator grub fund — it's been a hit! And a huge thank you to Melissa Willey for running around in the early morning to pick these food orders up and bring them to the pool!

It's hard to believe we're 3/4 of the way through the season already. The City Meet showdown is looming, which means this is the first of many City Meet info emails you'll get from me. 

Deadlines this week...

• Wednesday, July 2nd (@ midnight)
  • [Optional] Apparel orders are only online and need to be purchased by midnight on 7/20. Storefront found here.

Next week...

• Sign up opens for our last regular season (home) meet held on 7/12
  • These entries are due Wednesday (7/9) at 10 am
• Sign up opens for City Meet
  • These entries are due Thursday (7/10) at 10 am

I'll send another email with more specific info about signing up next week, but I wanted to get this on everyone's radar. 

Please note: there are fees associated with City Meet ($5 entry fee, $7 per event, $4 per relay). Once sign up for City Meet is complete, we'll let everyone know how much they owe and who/how to pay. 

Another heads up — we're responsible for providing two Nelson Farm timers for each of the three sessions at City Meet. As a reminder, the three sessions breakdown as follows: 

• Session One: Friday, July 18th AM - Ages 11 & Up (medley relays through the free relays)
• Session Two: Friday, July 19th PM - Distance events (8&U — 100 free; 9-10 — 200 free; 11-12 — 200 free; 13 & up — 200/400 free)
• Session Three: Saturday, July 20th AM - Ages 10 & Under (medley relays through the free relays)
