Hi Team,

Congratulations to all the Gators on a great day of swimming! Your impressive performance in the friendly waters of the NFAC puts us at 2-0 on the season:

1st place: Nelson Farm 

2nd place: SCCA

3rd place: Village Green

Results are attached. 

A win against SCCA is always impressive. Let's ride the good vibes through the weekend and ring the victory bell on Monday morning — but let's not celebrate too much yet. These results are not necessarily indicative of how City Meet will play out because the scoring/points distribute a little differently with more teams in the mix. Plus, looking at some of the other results from around the league today, I actually think Huntington Hills is going to be our biggest challenger for the City title, so stay hungry!

Thank you to all our awesome parent volunteers for braving the heat and putting on an incredibly efficient meet. We sure know how to run a top-notch swim meet at the NFAC.

Looking ahead:

• Gator Week kicks off on Monday! Gator Week is split up into two different, three-day stretches this year. The first stretch is Monday (6/23), Tuesday (6/24), and Wednesday (6/25)! Be ready to rise n' grind! I'll share more info about Gator Week tomorrow. 
• Our next meet is Saturday, June 28th at Westfield. We'll open event sign up for that meet on Monday.
• Enjoy your day off — certainly well deserved!

Let's continue to position Nelson Farm as the funnest team, nicest team, and fastest team in the league!
