Hi Team,

Sign up for our meet on Saturday (6/21) at the NFAC is now open in Swimtopia!

Swimmers are allowed to sign up for three (3) individual events. (Remember coaches will handle relays).

The deadline to sign up is Thursday (6/19) at 8 am.

• Please stay on top of this deadline. If you don't enter your events in Swimtopia by 8 am on 6/19, you'll miss sign up and won't be able to swim at the meet. 
• "Undeclared" status in Swimtopia will be interpreted as "Not Attending." I can't chase people down if they're not signed up by the deadline — our team is simply too big this season for me to attempt that.
• Double check that you sign up for the correct events. Last meet we had a few instances of people being entered in events they did not want to swim. Coaches/computer admin do not touch individual event sign ups, so whatever you select is what you get signed up for and swim. 
• If you have any questions about Swimtopia/signing up, please let me or John Cloudman know. 

Sign up is also open for volunteer jobs!

• Because it's a large meet, we're starting at 7:45 am. This impacts the arrival time for all of the volunteer slots. Please read carefully before signing up.
