Hi Team,

Just a friendly reminder to get signed up for our intersquad meet by 8 pm tonight. 

Even if you are not attending, you still need to take action in Swimtopia. Under "Availability" select "Not Attending."

Part of this intersquad meet is practicing the Swimtopia sign up process. If anything looks astray or if a swimmer is listed as "undeclared," I'll reach out to help and check their status. Please note — I'll only do this for the intersquad meet while everyone learns the ropes. For our actual meets (starting 6/14), if you don't enter your events in Swimtopia by the communicated deadline, you'll miss sign up and won't be able to swim at the meet. I won't chase people down if they're not signed up by the deadline — our team is simply too big this season for me to attempt that. 

Please also remember to sign up for the volunteer slots if you want to work Saturday's meet. Refer to the email I sent yesterday for instructions and notes from Melissa. 

I'll share logistical information about the intersquad meet tomorrow (e.g. warm up times, what to bring, where to set up, etc).
