Kick Off/Info Meeting, Team Hats, and More!
Hey Team,
The summer-like temperatures today got me hankering for some swim team! Hopefully you all felt the same way.
A couple things to share as we're just a few short weeks away from the start of the season.
1) The kick-off/info meeting is being held virtually this year on 5/19 at 7 pm. The Zoom meeting invite is below in bold.
First time Nelson Farm swimmers/families are required to attend this meeting or watch the recording that will be sent out afterwards. If you're a returning swimmer/family, you're certainly welcome to attend live, but if you can't make it, you can just watch the recording. If you're 13+, the expectation is that you'll attend the meeting or watch the recording yourself (parents are welcome & encouraged to attend/watch with them). For ages 12 and younger, the meeting is really for parents (but Gators are welcome & encouraged to attend/watch with them).
We'll cover important information about coaching, parent volunteering, practice schedule, and more. Feel free to come with a laundry list of questions!

3) Speaking of ordering team apparel, we'll have a link to purchase team suits in a few days! Stay tuned.
4) Lastly, 2025 registration for the Nelson Farm Swim Team is officially closed...unless you can recruit any 13-14 girls to join. We have a HUGE team this season, but surprisingly only three girls in that age group...so let's canvas the town and see if we can drum up a few more 13-14 girls.
